Yes. Lamplight HR can draft Employment Tribunal responses for businesses and assist individuals in submitting a claim. We also guide clients through the process and negotiate on their behalf with ACAS or directly with employers. There are a number of changes coming in 2026. The first starting in April 2026. The lower earnings limit for people claiming Statutory Sick Pay has been removed, as has the waiting days.
As of January 1 the general right not to be able to claim Unfair Dismissal for two years - there are some exceptions, has been removed and is replaced by a period of six-months
